The National Authorising Office of the European Development Fund (Contracting Authority) intends to award a works contract for the construction of the National Medicines Quality Control Laboratory (NMQCL) – ISO 17025 standard - and an office complex in Lusaka, Zambia with financial assistance from the Health Systems Strengthening Programme (10th EDF).
