Description - Description: Skawahlook First Nation (Skawahlook) is completing upgrades to the Ruby Creek IR4 water system as the existing system does not meet current level of service standards and cannot meet future community demands. The upgraded water system wi ll include a prefabricated water treatment plant (WTP) and booster station, back up power supply, two new wells, a reservoir, a supply and distribution network, and an upgraded non-potable fire distribution network.
