Description - Description: The Housing (Cladding Remediation) (Scotland) Act 2024 gives Scottish Ministers powers to assess and remediate buildings where the external wall cladding systems which directly or indirectly create or exacerbate risk to human life.Buildi ngs with potentially unsafe cladding are being assessed through a Single Building Assessment (SBA). The SBA process involves the examination of internal areas and external walls to determine if intolerable Risk to Human Life is present and then set recommendations for them to be remediated.To support the next stage of remediation, Scottish Government will be hosting two Supplier Events to support this requirement.The first event will be on the 24
