Description - Scope of Work:Construction of an up-to-15-MW green hydrogen production facility near a run-of-river hydropower plant (HPP) in the town of Brugg.Description: The company has entered into a project-related memorandum of understanding (MoU) with local p artners. The new electrolysis-based plant is designed with the capacity to produce some 2,000 tonnes of green hydrogen a year, to be transported to the filling station of Axpo partner Voegtlin-Meyer and also sold to other sites in the region. Local energy supplier IBB Energie AG, meanwhile, plans to use the plant’s waste heat for a local heating network for industrial companies.
