The purpose of this market is the development of the section 1 of the Cyclostrade of the Dyle (Wastinne-Station) on the cities of Wavre and Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuv e The works will be carried out along and partly on the Domaine d'Infrabel and the SNCB. The contractor will have to comply with a series of standards imposed by Infrabel for the execution of the work along the railway track. References to these different standards are included in article 35.
