Description - Description: Scope of assignment and objective of the study:ECMR.2 is currently seeking to recruit two (2) Individual Consultants with the primary objective of collecting high quality primary data on road quality and road infrastructure maintenance a cross the AfDB’s 54 Regional Member Countries (RMCs). The data will be collected from the RMCs’ Road agencies, road funds, Ministries of Transport and Ministries of Finance, as well as the African Road Maintenance Funds Association (ARMFA). Preference will be given to Individual Consultants with a strong track-record on primary data collection, and footprint in Africa.
