Description - Description: Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is seeking expressions of interest (EOI) for the purchase and relocation of 68 existing dwellings located in Aitkenvale, Townsville, QLD. The vacant dwellings are required to be removed from the site as pa rt of a planned redevelopment program.The dwellings are all three-bedroom, one-bathroom residential homes constructed between 1965 and 1969. The dwellings are constructed of asbestos cement sheeting, and timber and concrete posts. The dwellings will be sold “as is, where is” or in other words, exactly as they are in their current form. The successful Applicant will be required to enter into an appropriate Deed or Contract, on terms acceptable
