The works include roof repairs to the vestry areas (incl uding joist replacement), exterior stonework repairs, replacement rainwater goods and new fencing to the catacombs area.The work is required as the building is currently subject to water ingress and damp, without these works both the interior and exterior of the building will continue to deteriorate and result in more serious damage.
