The relocation begins at the Klauda grade -separated in tersection, where the route connects to the existing road with 22.5. In the intersection area, the category will change to S11.5/80 and thus reduce the number of lanes from four to two. It is a grade -separated junction of the road I/34 and II/634 in the section Rudolfov - Lišov.
