Description - Scope of Work:Construction of Jeanbrenin wind project in Bern.Description:The approval was granted by the cantonal authority responsible for spatial planning (OACOT) which rejected all objections. Preparations for the start of construction work on th e Jeanbrenin project are expected to begin in autumn 2022 at the earliest.The three wind turbines will be set up on the Montagne du Droit ridge near the Juvent wind park which produced 85 million kWh of electricity in 2020, enough to supply about 85,000 people. Once operational, the new machines are expected to generate some 15 million kWh which would cover the consumption of around 15,000 people.
