Description - Description: The US Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO), Marine Operation Center Atlantic (MOC-A) is requesting Trane Chiller Circuit 2 Condenser Coil R eplacement. This service will be provided by Professional Heating & Cooling, Inc. at 3306 Arizona AVE Norfolk, Virginia 23513. The MOC-A chiller, circuit 2 condenser coil ruptured and needs to be repaired. The chiller, which is the main cooling source for building 1, is being operating on circuit 1 and is currently starting to show signs of fatigue. It is imperative that we get circuit 2 back up and operational before we lose circuit 1 altogether
