Description - Location: SoyoScope: Angola’s Ministry of Mineral Resources and Petroleum (MIREMPET) constructs of a privately-owned oil refinery in Soyo. Located in the northern province of Zaire, the 110,000 barrel per day refinery will produce liquefied petrole um gas, petrol, benzene, jet fuel, and kerosene.
