Description - Description: The overall objective of the project, of which this TA contract will be a part, is to provide social housing for the permanent accommodation of persons displaced by the conflict in the former Yugoslavia during the 1990s and other sociall y vulnerable people who are currently accommodated in the remaining collective centres and alternative accommodation in the Federation of Bosnia and Hercegovina & Herzegovina.
