Description - Description: This Invitation to Register Interest (ITR), is requesting a Contractor to carry out construction delivery of Work Package 2.4 at Henderson (WP2.4), WA. The Commonwealth of Australia (Commonwealth) as represented by the Department of Defe nce (Defence) is planning and intends to engage a single Head Contractor (HC) to deliver WP 2.4 as part of the ESTJ8218 Program.The Works include the following:i) Demolition of existing warehouse buildng (A0016) and the construction of a new building to provide pallet storage and distribution facilities, a maintenance workshop and Petroleum, Oil, Lubricants (POL) and Danergous Goods (DG) storage within the footprint of the exisitng warehouse; and
